He has alot of fun playing with them all together. My Grandson has 2 of the other cube worlds, and he was very happy to have another.
Personally, I think Cube World is meant for adults and adult-minded children. Cube World is not so much a toy as a VERY amusing distraction that you can come back to again and again. I see many reviews for the cube world items that seem to complain about lasting playability. Cube world is NOT a toy. When you're procrastinating from doing the bills, your homework, that project that has to be in on Monday, you'll pick them up and play with them all over again. Think of Cube World like those perpetual motion desk devices or magnetic sculptures. Like the five silver balls on swinging wires, the slowly undulating surfer/sailboat on the ocean, lava lamps, or the hundred tiny little metal acrobats on the magnetic black platform.
When people walk by they'll get curious, pick them up and play for a bit and you'll get amused by their amusement. You'll do this a lot for a few days then you'll sit it on your desk and almost forget about it.
If you're thinking of buying one of these then you need to be in the right mind set. You'll play the simplistic "tap the button at the right time" games.
What I think those people seem to be getting wrong is that they think of these devices like normal toys. You'll buy them, be amused for a while watching the funny things they do alone and how they interact when you link them.
like a Rubik's cube. well it is, but it isn't.
You know the ones I mean.
They never have the third series available in the stores where we lived, so I wanted him to have them to further complete his collection. The toys were for my son. He has collected the first and second series.
My kids has almost all of them now and they are all enjoyable. This is just as amusing as all the cubes. Great entertainment for when your sitting at your desk bored.
All three boys play with them for hours. He simply loves to play with them and when adding them to the little cubes he already has, it makes great entertainment for him and his brothers. I bought two of these larger cubes for my 4 yr. old grandson so he would have something different to play with after having his tonsils and adenoids out.
